Hi, I’m Angie, Garden Coach, Consultant and Bespoke Garden Designer, and I can’t wait to share my love, passion, and knowledge about the garden with you. The only thing that I love more than gardening, is people and teaching them how to garden. People are my passion! I believe beautiful gardens grow strong individuals, families, and communities.
I have over 20 years of gardening experience and am a Certified Garden Consultant. My passion is education and I have been teaching people of all ages and abilities for over 20 years.
We started Star Garden Consulting to provide a service.
1. Garden Design
a. We will design a garden that meets your unique wants, needs, and desires, whether it be for edible landscaping, an escape, a place of fellowship and bonding, or entertaining. We can serve you by exploring cut flowers, organic vegetables, native plants or a combination of all the things!
2. Garden Consultation, Coaching, and Maintenance
a. We will provide you with planting plans for the seasons and a custom month by month feedback report. We will come alongside you and help you become confident in the garden, teaching you how to tend your plants, help protect them from pests naturally, and harvest all you have grown in the bespoke garden of your dreams.
3. Education
a. We provide various workshops throughout the year on everything from seed starting to harvesting and everything in between. Our monthly workshops are geared towards both the beginner and more experienced gardener. And most importantly, EVERYONE is Welcome!!!

We ALL know that gardening is good for us, those we love, our communities at large, and our planet.
So why isn’t everyone gardening?? You might be saying...
"I don't know where to start..."
It’s perfectly ok to not know how or when to start. We have all learned MANY tasks that felt that way at first. Its ok to ask for help, to hire a coach, just like when you learned to finesse your backstroke or hit that perfect drive, you hired a coach!
"I don't have much room at all..."
We teach people how to garden in containers on balconies, side yards, tiny spaces, big spaces, ALL the spaces. That’s the glory of having us by your side! We will evaluate your site in person to assess for sunlight, accessibility to water, and how it fits your lifestyle. There are many considerations when planning the best garden space for you. We’ll walk you through it TOGETHER!
"I don't have time..." Did you know that there are minimal care plants that will thrive with neglect? Lavender, for example, smells great, doesn’t like wet soil, and loves the heat! Minimal time watering and it will thrive! So there is no need to worry for even the busiest gardener that doesn't have a lot of time. No question or location is too big or too small.
